TICKETS INFORMATIONS

Postponement of the anniversary edition to the 18th, 19th and 20th of June 2021:
keep your 2020 ticket!

All tickets are concerned regardless of where you purchased it.


YOU CHOOSE TO KEEP YOUR TICKET FOR 2021:

  • you have nothing to do: the ticket dated on 2020 remains valid
  • you can access the 2021 festival with a 2020 ticket regularly purchased

YOU CANNOT GO TO THE FESTIVAL IN 2021 AND WISH TO GIVE YOUR TICKET TO A FRIEND OR ANOTHER FESTIVAL FAN RIGHT AWAY:

  • go to Ticketswap the only official Hellfest ticket reseller to sell your ticket with a private sale to someone you know or a public and to the 26,000 people currently looking for a ticket to the festival.

With Ticketswap and only on this resale site, you have the guarantee of a trustworthy transaction between the seller and the buyer (the Secure Swap system cancels the old ticket, avoiding any risk of fraud, and the new ticket is only sent upon receipt of payment). All tickets purchased on Ticketswap are official Hellfest tickets. If your country is not on Ticketswap’s list, ask a friend to sell you ticket for you.

You bought the tickets on the official Hellfest sale :

  • From April 20th, 2020 to May 15th, 2020 at midnight (French hour):
    Send us an email at [email protected] with your barcode.
    Be careful : After the deadline, no request for a refund can be registered.
  • From May 18th, 2020 to June 19th, 2020 at noon (French hour)
    You’ll receive the process to confirm your refund request and erase your ticket.
  • Since June 24th, 2020 (with bank delays)
    Your refund will be credited on the credit card used during your purchase (in case of change of card since the purchase, please consult the Help topics below).

  • Feel free to get back to the selling point concerned directly.
We will not be able to respond to any requests regarding tickets purchased at an unofficial resellers.

Your refund option allows you to have your ticket refunded until the 14th of May 2021. This is a real advantage and safety guarantee only enjoyed by those who have taken this option.


The pack is INDIVISIBLE (all in one). You cannot ask to separate the entrance ticket to the festival from the transport, but you can choose the option that suits you best.

Regardless the nature of your ticket (simple pass, pack etc), you can make a private sale on Ticketswap to guarantee, to you and your friend, the 100% safe exchange. At the end of your advertisement, you must enter your friend's email. After payment, he will receive a brand-new ticket (new barcode, new contact details).

We do not offer any guarantee that tickets from a festival-goer bought on these platforms or in an unsecured transaction (to an individual for example) will be authorized at the entrance of the festival.


You have nothing to do, after processing your refund request and since June 24th, 2020, , you will receive a re-credit confirmation email from your bank. The operation will appear on your statement within 72 hours. On the other hand, if you have also changed bank, you must contact your former adviser so that they can transfer the amount to your new bank account.


While the festival is sold out, young 18 years old adults born before the 18th of June 2003 may exceptionally buy a full-price entry on site (on presentation of your identity card and only at the ticket office near Looksor).


The rules remain unchanged: At the Billetterie desk (near Looksor), an adult can come with only one minor and he can claim the same entry as his parent at most. Tickets (half-price or free) will be issued only on presentation of identity cards (parent and child) and a certificate of responsibility if the adult is not the direct parent. The festival does not encourage the presence of minors under the age of 12 for obvious security reasons but will not charge entry and will therefore put on a free bracelet. Minors from 12 to 17 years old must pay a half-price pass. No minor will be able to pass the doors of the festival without the adapted hearing protections.


If you are not the direct parent of the minor, please present a parental handwriting authorization stating your responsibility during your entire presence at the festival and indicating the parents full contact details and yours in order to contact anyone of you quickly if necessary. Parents must discharge the Hellfest festival from any liability in the event of an incident of any kind whatsoever and renounce any claim of any kind whatsoever in connection with the child's participation to the festival.
