Looking for people to hang out with at Hellfest 2012

Well, it seems like I'll be alone this year, my friends just cancelled....
anybody up for sharing a few beers every now and then between the bands?

Is it your first Hellfest ? Cause honestly, just share a few beers with your camping neighbors and that's it ! Making new friends at Hellfest is easy. Last year we were a group of friends and we settled at the camping next to a couple Scottish guys and a few hours later we were all drinking together, was a lot of fun. I'd sure be in for a few beers, but if I tell you to look for a guy with long hair and a patched cut-off it's not gonna help, is it ? big_smile

We're going this year with someone we car shared with last year, meeting folks is pretty easy at HF! Really doubt you'll feel out on a limb for long but drop me a line nearer the time if you'd rather have a concrete arrangement, we're pretty sociable ('we' this year being me, Shagrat and Jay. Me & Shagrat will be spending a lot of time in The Temple this year and hovering around the tartiflette stall smile Given your nick I guess we might all be at the Devil's Blood gig!

yeah, in hellfest it's very easy to have some nice company. folks are friendly and it's always a nice ambient everywhere with lots of fun smile

I'll be mostly spending my time by the mainstages, but there's bands I wanna see under the Temple (Taake, Moonsorrow, Amon Amarth and In Extremo), maybe we'll see us there. If you're at the camping on Thursday you can drop me a line for a drink, I'll be there with my buddies smile

Late response, but I'm travelling alone as well due to my love for the bands on the lineup, my mate said he'd go with me, which, as you can imagine, got me very excited. When he said he couldn't, I was still desperate to go, so I'm now looking for a semi concrete arrangement to know at least ill have someone to have a quick natter to. smile

If you wanted to grab a drink, have a quick chat or even be camping buddies, that'd be pretty good as I'm looking for one myself. big_smile

We'll be around mostly in The Temple but I'd have thought if you're camping you'll soon find yourself in with some friendly folks unless you're very unlucky.

You could always hang out with me and SA3L. I'll be the incredibly handsome dude with dirty camo shorts and a Celtic Frost backpatch and SA3L will be the slightly less handsome dude with a mustache. I think we'll put a Swedish flag with the cross turned upside down on at least one of our tents so we can find them.

Been 4 times but first time alone this year. Really hoping to meet lots of new friends. I will have a small quiff and a denim jacket with Wolves in the Throne Room patch most of the time i should think!

Like I said in the other thread, I'm going to be there quite early by all acounts (thursday 2am ish). I'll try and bodge together a flag pole of some description and pop a Black Label Society flag up there (only one I got at the mo!).

Not much worth describing myself as its black long hair and beard which doesn't help at all!
