ACCUEIL

- When does the campsite open?

The campsite doors open on Thursday 14 June at 2pm upon presentation of your ticket. You will then be given your wristband (which grants immediate access to the campsite and to the concert arena) so all you'll have to do is set up your tent!

- I should arrive by night : will the campsite and any car parks be accessible?

The campsite and all car-parks are accessible all night.

- I should arrive by night : will I get my wristband and access to the campsite ? Or will I only have access to the campsite and will have to come back for my wristband on the very next day?

No, you’ll have to wait the very next day to get your bracelet at the special bracelet office which opens at 9 am .

CAMPING

- Will there be a helpdesk (open day and night)?

The helpdesk will be in the festival area. However, you will find people of the Hellfest crew or security agents who can help you 24/24 at the camping.

- Can I bring my own food and drinks without any restrictions (alcohol, quantity,…)?

Yes, you can.

- When and where can I get food and drinks within the campsite?

There are bars and stalls inside the Metal Corner (area dedicated to partying and catering).

- Does the camping have an all-night illumination system?

Yes!

- Can I camp in a field nearby rather than at the campsite?

No, this is strictly forbidden and you could be fined if you’re caught by the police.

- Do I have free and easy access to drinkable/non drinkable water?

The water points aren’t free at the camping. You should buy a “water point” bracelet (€6) which gives an unlimited access to showers and water points. Inside the concert area, the "water points" are free.

- Can I park my vehicle inside the campsite?

No, this is strictly forbidden. You’ll have to park your vehicle in one of the car parks available.

- Is the use of a generating set allowed?

No, this is strictly forbidden, too.

- Can I use a stove or a barbecue grill?

No, you can’t: the use of anything related to fire and inflammable liquids is not allowed.

- I only have a 1 Day pass : do I have a restricted access to the campsite?

Access is allowed the day before, the D day as well as the day after.

- Is there a waste collecting/recycling system?


Yes. Like the previous years, it will be run by an association called Uri Green.

- Are there free bin bags available?

Free bin bags are given to you when you enter the site. Once your bag is full, you just have to throw it into a container and ask for a new one to the Uri Green crew.

- Is there a rewarding system if I do a good job collecting waste?

You’ll receive a free token for every 50 caps collected and given at the Uri Green stalls.

PASS

- People under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult !

- I bought my ticket through Digitick but I won’t be able to come : can I have my money bac?

Digitick won’t give you your money back but you’re allowed to sell it to someone. Just get in touch with Digitick hotline@digitick.com or 0033 892 700 840 so as to change the name on the ticket afterwards (have first and family names as well as e-mail address of the new ticket holder when you contact Digitick).

- I bought my ticket through another company than Digitick but I won’t be able to come : can I have my money back ?

No: it is unfortunately up to you to find a solution.

- Can I buy my pass when I get to the festival site?

Only if the festival’s not sold out when you get there.

- Is there a discount for under-17s?

- under 12 : free (but be accompanied by a parent or an adult providing proof that the parents allow the kid to there - copy of passport compulsory)
- from 12 to 16 : half-price pass that can only be purshased at the festival gates. Must be accompanied by a parent or an adult providing proof that the parents allow the kid to there - copy of passport compulsory)
- over 16 : full-price. Must be accompanied by a parent or an adult providing proof that the parents allow the kid to there - copy of passport compulsory)


- Will there be earlybirds 2013 passes available during the 2012 edition?

Sure, but only a restricted number.

CAR PARKS
- What time do the car parks open?

From noon onwards on June 14th.

- Will there be car parks dedicated to motorbikes, coaches and campers?

No.

- Can I install my tent in a car park?

No, except if you’re with a van or camping-car. However you’d rather not for security reasons.

- Do car parks have an all-night illumination system?

Yes, but only at the entrance and main access ways.

- Do car parks are free?

Yes, you'll not have to pay anything to park your car!

GENERAL

- Can I get into the concert arena with my own food

Yes, but tins or glass containers are strictly forbidden.

- Can I get into the concert arena with my own drinks?

No.

- Are pets allowed anywhere?

Definitely not.

- Can bikers leave their helmets in a secure place so as not to have to carry them all day?

We will have lockers this year!!! So you could rent one to let your helmet in a safe place!

 

DRINK TOKENS

- What means of payment are available to purchase drink tokens?

Cash and credit/debit cards.

- Can I buy food with my tokens too?

No : tokens are only dedicated to drinks.

- Can I have my money back if I have not spent all ofmy tokens?

No.


- Can I use last year’s tokens?

No.


FOOD

- Will there be vegetarian food stalls?

Yes, you'll find a vegetarian food stalls at Hellfest this year!

- Will there be an area dedicated to catering (with chairs, tables, shade.. )?

Yes!

HELLFEST PLASTIC CUPS

- Do you have to own a Hellfest plastic cup so to as to get drinks inside the concert arena?

Yes.

- How do I buy my plastic cup, then?

When you order your first drink, you’ll be charged one token (=one euro) more and you’ll be given your cup.

- Can I give my plastic cup back so as to get my money back?

No.  

MISCELLAENOUS

- Is there a ‘Lost and Found’ helpdesk?

Yes. It is located nearby the entrance, inside the concert arena.


- Are earplugs available?

Both free and not free earplugs will be available within the concert arena.

- Can I find cash dispensers in the festival site?

Yes! As last year, there would be cas dispensers on site. Also you could find some in downtown Clisson as well as at the supermarkets neaby the festival.

- Can I buy basic products in the festival site (soap, biscuits,…)?

No, but you’ll find everything you need in downtown Clisson.

- Can I buy cigarettes in the festival site?

No: that’s against the French law. Once again, you’ll have to go to downtown Clisson.


- Are there lockers available for valuable belongings?

Yes! Finally, we will have lockers to rent this year!

- Are there desks so as to reload mobile phones?

Yes, you could reload your mobile phone at the "Point Info" office.

- Are there wi-fi access facilities?

No.

PHOTOS CAMERAS/VIDEO CAMERAS


- What kind of equipment can I get into the concert arena?

Yes, you can bring your camera (including SLR cameras) with you. Video cameras aren’t. But if a band disallows it, the use of photo camera will be banned for the entire day. Please note that there was not ban since 2008.

SIGNING SESSIONS

- Are signing sessions organized?

Yes. There will be a dedicated area inside the concert arena.

- How do I get information about these signing sessions?

Information will be posted there regularly.

SHUTTLES

- Will there be shuttles to travel from Nantes to Clisson or in Clisson?

Yes, you could find cheap shuttles again:

€2 for a trip in Clisson.

€10 (if you’re at least 5 travelers) until 8pm for a trip from Nantes to Clisson or Clisson to Nantes. €15 after 8pm.


PEOPLE WITH A HANDICAP

- Are there special facilities (dedicated car parks, campsite spot, toilets, showers, concert spots) for people with a handicap?
