The Rotterdam hooligan grindcore two-piece JESUS CRÖST is definitely one of the most extreme and unique bands playing at Hellfest this year. The sound coming out of their amps is noisy, angry grind music, with vocals mostly in German, that alternate from screamed to pitchshifted vocals. A JESUS CRÖST gig an effort of merciless inimitable ‘musical’ madness: these freaks impress their audiences with some grind/crust/power violence as actions speak louder than words.
