Bordeaux’s YEAR OF NO LIGHT is one of the main acts of the French postcore/sludge scene. May it be aerial or heavy as lead, the music is always a fest for the hears. Without a vocalist since 2008, the band delivers obscure instrumental odysseys with thick guitars textures and pounding drums for a suffocating and abyssal result. Back to Clisson in 2012, the band will once again push boundaries and bring dark and menacing clouds over the fields. Oppressing but clearly addictive.
