Born in 1994, DOG EAT DOG is a pioneer of the “hardcore meets hip-hop” scene. But it would be a bit unfair to resume the music of these guys hailing from New Jersey just to that mix. It deals with old school hardcore à la Suicidal Tendencies, early Beastie Boys-style punky hip-hop et Fishbone’s ska/funk-like for what sounds like a powerful and groovy result. After a long hiatus, the boys are back to show us who the king is. Who’s The King? DOG EAT DOG!
